Refunds

We guarantee complete customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your Ratchet Knob™ for any reason, you may return it within 120 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. Purchases exceeding $500 per order are not eligible for this satisfaction guarantee unless explicitly pre-approved in writing.

Please note, however, that shipping costs for the replacement product will be the responsibility of the customer. To avoid confusion, please note that refunds will be issued by Caso Custom Creations LLC, the parent company of Ratchet Knob™.

Please note that each of our ratchet knobs is specifically designed to pair with a particular ratchet model for optimal performance. As such, it's crucial to ensure you're purchasing the correct knob for your specific ratchet model. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for purchases made for incompatible models. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our customer service team if you need assistance in identifying the right product for your needs.
